Its really not that bad calorie wise and the protien leaves you full for longer. Otherwise im an oats and muesli person.

Weight loss is now so sloooooow. im lucky if i can drop 2lb in a month - and yes im counting calories :P

another thing to try is Baby Rash cream - zinc and castor. Its fantastic on stuff like this and low allergenic (not to mention cheap too)

Better not hold my breathe lol. Been exercising and eating low cals for the past few days to make up for it haha :D
