They'll let me go 42weeks + 1 day so July 8th I will be induced if she doesn't come before then. Thats also dependent on all Non-Stress Tests and an U/S next week coming back looking OK. I've never gone this late so it's definitely hard mentally these days - but I can only be pregnant for so long right!?!

17 Weeks: 198.8 (+5.8)
19 Weeks: 201.0 (+8) (crap, I've been snacking and it shows)
20 Weeks: 202.0 (+9) (ditto)
22 Weeks: 203.8 (+10.8) (holy cow, am I hungry all of the time!)
24 weeks: 205.6 (+12.6) (hmmm, this only gaining 15 pounds thing doesn't look likely)
25 weeks: 205.6 (+12.6)
28 weeks: 207 (+14)
EDD: 9/23/11

This past week has been the hardest I've had in years. My younger kitty was diagnosed with lymphoma while I was away on vacation, with only days to live without further treatment. Things are looking up though. We started chemo which he will get for the next 4 months if all goes well. But - we should be bringing a baby home in 3! Sadly, we now have two cats with ~1 year left to live .

I'm 18W4D today and I'm up about 14 pounds (Started around 118, and am around 132). I'm hoping to keep it 15 and under by 20 weeks, but no pressure.

Considering I started my first pregnancy at 135 and ended at 192 (yup that's almost 60 pounds!), I think I'm doing OK. I'd like to lose it all by next summer (baby is due mid December), and if I keep it to under 40 I'm hoping that's doable.

So frustrated.

Week 29 and I am up 35 lb to 222. I haven't weighed in awhile and it's been very hot so I'm sure some of it is just bloat and water retention. I have gained 15 lb since my last appointment which was 10 weeks ago.

Time to get on the ball again and stop taking the easy PBJ way out for my meals... boil some eggs, make some salads, eat some healthier stuff... cut some carbs.

Two things - my Moody cat is responding very well to chemo and has made significant progress in the first month of treatment. yay!
My bp is always high at the doctor's office (hello white coat syndrome) so now they are checking me for preeclampsia. I monitor it at home and it's never high there.

20W pregnant this week, and according to the scale at home I'm up 16 pounds, but according to the doctor's scale I'm only up 14 pounds. Let's just say 15 ! I asked the nurse what my weight was at this point of my first pregnancy, and shockingly it was 24 pounds more! Yikes! No wonder I feel so good. Some of that was starting lower, but I have gained less as well. I'm still not quite to my starting weight with my first pregnancy.

I know last pregnancy I gained 12 pounds between my 20 and 24 week appointments. I will definitely focus on walking and eating more protein this month to limit that! That's a crazy amount!

The first round of testing for preeclampsia came back high, but still normal. I have to do all of the tests again. My doctor is preparing me for the possibility we will have to be induced around 35 weeks. That's next Friday! I hope my test results are better than the first time around. Still haven't had a high bp when I've measured it.

19Deltawifey - My bp was ~145/90 two appointments in a row. It dropped back down to 133/90 for the last appointment (which is where it normally is at the doctor's office). At home, I take it several times a day average under 120/80. But my protein came back at 195 for the 24-hr urine test. Over 300 is pre-e, and under 150 is desired. So - I'm right in that middle range. There were no abnormal results in the rest of my blood work and I have no other symptoms, no swelling, etc. I really hope there is less protein on the next test so I can let things happen naturally.

My results came back normal, so while I am still monitoring my bp, I get to stay home and let the baby grow more. And tonight after work, I get to use my birthday present - a prenatal massage. I am so excited that my back might feel normal again!

I'm at 24 weeks and am up around 21 pounds. I'm totally fine with that. It's really crazy to think at this point in my pregnancy last time I weighed a little over 30 pounds more!

Hoping to limit the gain this month to under 5, but we'll see.
