Just for today I will not eat any of my trigger foods (i really want to because I have PMS). I will remember that no food tastes better than my 50 lbs lost feels and I don't want to start over.

So, JFT I will stick to my plan and I never know what that will be until the day I start. But I did good today but sure didn't yesterday. Enough confusion...for today I did good if I get through tonight.

Great thread "just for today." I will go the AA meeting tonight and listen with ears that apply to overeating. The last meeting I did relate to some things that were being said. So far I have been totally absinent today. Went crazy yesterday and it hit me at 2 in the morning when I was having serious anxiety why. This too shall pass and I will calm down. I can sure see how being upset affects my body big time but sometimes my mind will not be told to calm down no matter what I do. Glad to be able to post on this thread. I may be back.

well, today is almost gone. i did workout today, so i did do something positive for my health and wellbeing today.

so for tomorrow:
just for today i will be mindful of what i eat, and how full i am. and i will log it all in my diary.

in ayurveda i think it was, there is a guideline not to eat more than the amount of food that could fill your 2 cupped hands a one sitting/meal.

Just for today. I like this forum. So far so good so just for today I will stay on my food plan. I hope that the scales reflect this tomorrow.

Just for today I will not get discouraged with how "stuck" I am on my weight and just keep trying things until I find somehting that will help me to start loosing again.
