just for today I will stay on plan with food and exercise and not let my anger and negative emotions lure me into overeating

Just for today, I will exercise on the treadmill and not allow my body to control me when it comes to eating :)

i will make an effort to eat veggies at each meal. |
Just for today I will be gentle with myself and what I perceive as imperfections could be perfectly ok. I will be supportive and comforting to me also.
