I will write my food down. I will work out at Curves I will connect with my HP often so I can accomplish the important things today that He wants me to do and slow down the list in my head. |

I saw it at a surf shop up at lake Erie this summer and i was just so intrigued by it! a few months later i ended up getting one off ebay! Love it :) Just for today I will do my yoga DVD and i will eat <2000 calories. |
Just for today, i will finish out the day with just a small salmon salad, and herbal coffee to stay within my calorie range.

just for today (feb1) i will swim laps for 45 minutes. (Done!) just for today i will eat <2000 calories. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Just for today (Feb 2) I will do my Karen Voight Yoga DVD and 15 mins on the Indo board. and i will eat ~1600 calories. |
