Bah! Unfortunately, I must be a bit of a downer this week. And not a downer in a good way! I gained 1 pound this week. But, I already worked out a plan to improve for next week. Besides, as we're all well aware, sometimes a gain isn't actually a gain.
And Faerie, you're right, a pound isn't always a pound! Could be so many other things. Thanks for posting here even though it's a gain, you know someone out there probably needed to see a "seasoned" WWer can still have gain weeks too
My WI is tomorrow... I'm expecting to come back here reporting a gain We shall see!

I've been off a bit since I've been home, but still recording everything. I don't have a trustworthy scale here, so won't be weighing in until I get back to school.
So, group total is 60.6. I reached my 10% this weekend. I missed it by .8 last week. So, I was really happy, but kind of sad that my family didnt have a good week also. I cant wait to see what April will bring. Good Job everyone and keep op!!!
Dawn!! awesome achievement, 10% was huge for me, it was when I truly got that "I can do this" feeling 'cause it took me awhile, sometimes only .2 off a week, sometimes up .4, your fam will bounce back, those are little gains, with Easter and all, could even be water retent.
phew -- i haven't posted all month in this thread but wanted to give the end of the month total of 2 lbs down since my last post, which makes me feel good since i'm .5 up this week...bringing our total to:

Thank you all for the nice words of encouragement. Yes, 10% was a huge hurdle for me. This is the first time I have made it this far, with a good attitude and not giving up. My next goal is to reach 199. I hope I can get there by June, but if not, I will just keep pushing for it. My family has really been working out since the gain this past weekend. I think it has helped to motivate them again. So, it has turned into a positive.
