Both are incredibly flawed, that is, they have limitations. The first one is far easier because you just copy/paste your recipe in the box and it does everything for you, BUT it isn't always able to find the exact ingredient you used. The second one is more comprehensive, but the method of selecting each ingredient is kind of a pain imho.
That'll give you nutritional info, then just plug that into a WW points calculator.
