I had a shocker of a WI, but my leader had told me that the airplane ride messes you up, I'm already 164.8 this morning, so I'll get that off this week. I was so disheartened yesterday, I thought I did half decent being away all that time, I sure didn't expect such a big gain. Anyway, I'm OP and feeling better. Thank heavens for 3FC!
Kel - You've been traveling so your body is just getting used to being back home now. No worries, like you said you're already back down quite a bit. Next week will be right back to where you should be (and lower )!
congratttttttssssssss everyone i wanna pipe in and say varying points/wendie plan i think is really key to stopping a plateau. i've been doing it for two weeks and when i feel like i'm eating so much i still lose big! totally suggest it to anyone.
wow, closing in on 5-0! So, my brother and sister-in-law came in for a belated anniversary celeb. for my parents 46th and in chatting my SIL says when she came back from Hawaii she was up 12 lbs and lost 9 of it within a week. So, if anybody's travelling don't lose hope if you're up a bit even though you weren't that bad. Get back on your program and you'll be fine! The key as always is Don't Quit

I'm down 3.8lbs this time around, but I skipped last week, so it's still just about 2 lbs/week. I hit my first 10% goal this week, too, so I'm jumping up and down! Thanks to all you lovely sweethearts for all the amazing support and guidance this past week. I am doing Flex, with a bit of the Wendie plan thrown in for my weekly flex points (Thanks to the wisdom of Faerie and Suite and many others).
