Yeah, generally we count everything, gains and losses alike! It's just a silly running total, don't worry too much about it.

I didn't go to a WI last week... I've no idea how this week will go due to the ... erm... exuberance with which I celebrated eating out all weekend in D.C.
I lost 0.6 again this week. The first time I jumped on the scale, it said I'd lost 1.2, but then the next three times (fifteen or so whole seconds later lol) I got the same reading, so I guess I'll stick with that one.
Group total is now 20.4!
Congrats on the losses this week, and those that maintained or gained, next week is a whole new week!

I complained at the meeting about having very slow progress over the past 4-5 weeks. After much group discussion, we've decided that I need to try the Core Plan for one week. Do you guys mind if I stick around here and still weigh in with you though? I've been here since I started this venture and I don't want to leave now.

You most certainly SHOULD stick around Even if you decide that Core is the way to go!
I'm with Faerie, please stick around Paint. Good Luck getting out the of rut or slow progress or whatever you want to call it. Sometimes our bodies dont respond the way we think they should. I know that I have been through it and am sure some of the others have also. So, stick with it, hopefully you will find something that helps quickly. Remember we are here for you.
