I have been on the MRC hcg program for almost 3 weeks and I have lost 12 pounds but more importantly, I have already dropped three inches off of my waist alone...YAY!!
Second time around with hcg. I did six weeks after a surgery in 2008 with 23 pound loss, only wanting to lose 15. That time, I used the drops sublingually and program was just drops, supplements purchased from GNC and a 1000 calorie/day meal plan. Weight loss lasted and all was great. My exercise consisted of TONS of walking at my job, walking my dogs and riding my bike.
Due to severe cervical stenosis, I woke up one day and could not move. I was "a minute to a month" from being totally paralyzed due to my spinal cord being squeezed like a closed straw. That was April 2015. I had surgery, and unfortunately, everyday has been a struggle. From April 2015 through January of this year, I was immobile. Long story short, the only reason I can move today and walk is due to ME requesting physical therapy which gave me some core strength, at least enough to get out of bed without help. I have no feeling in my limbs when I wake up in the morning, I can only feel my torso but with a little wiggling around, usually half an hour or so, my body wakes up. I have no feeling in my right side at all but I can move. Since April, due to the inactivity and tons of meds that cause weight gain, I gained a 48 pounds!!!! I was already about 10 pounds over so it put me at 210 pounds in a size 14/16 UGH!!! My normal healthy weight is about 150-155 wearing a size 8. To put it in perspective, at 135-140 I look like a crack addict LOL. I was the tall model type (and hope to be again)
I finished 26 weeks of PT and now have pretty good days where I don't need to stay in bed all day anymore. HCG is a blessing because you truly do lose the fat and not your lean muscle, which is perfect for me since exercising a lot is not encouraged while on program. I am lucky to walk around my house

I have some other issues that are counterproductive to weight loss so I was told I have to work 10 times harder than anyone else to achieve 10% of the results...encouraging right!?!
To all of you out there "fighting the fight", stay the course, it works but please do not focus on the number on the scale, focus on your inches lost...the fat pounds will melt away. Realistically, on average women should lose an average of 0.25 - 0.6 pounds per day. That's anywhere from 2-4 pounds per week so if you lose more fantastic, if you only lose 2 that's okay too. I quit beating myself up about my weight, finally realizing that it did not happen in a week or month so it will take just as much time to lose it in a healthy way so that it doesn't come back.
We all have our own reasons for doing this but we are all doing this together. I offer encouragement to everyone here and wish everyone the success that they hope to achieve.
