When do we start signing boards for weight loss? What's the first board? I lost 15.8 as of today and was just wondering. Thanks!
Way to go to you too!!!!!! Great Job! You must be feeling a huge difference now in your clothes.
I signed a board when I reached 10 pounds..... I actually felt kind of silly, but it sure put a smile on my face.

Thanks Wendi. I haven't really been feeling too great about my weight loss. The 1.6 today seemed low. My clothes are getting baggy, but I'm not quite in the previous size. It's frustrating to be in this limbo clothing stage!

Let us know how your weigh in goes Thursday.

Can anyone tell me what supplements they feel are worth the money other than the HNS's? I'm curious for when I go to my cooking class next Friday, thanks!

Well...had a near perfect week. Almost no off-plan food and went to WI and was up 2 whopping pounds. I broke down when i got back in the car...Cried and cried...which lead me to the answer...pms. :| So...i'll let that fun experience just roll on by and aim for another good week. There's no way I can eat like this and NOT lose weight...always a good reminder for me after a gain.

OH...also...tried out a new HNS flavor that my center is offering...Blue Raspberry. YUMM! I highly suggest it. It's in a new kind of packaging too. Comes in a tall box and the packets (it's a concentrate) are tall with a pour spout in the plastic...so instead of tearing it open and hoping it goes in, you only tear off the little bit over the narrow pour area and hopefully aim better That was an upswing to my crummy WI.

.

Sorry about your gain. I had one while PMSing and it sucked!! I hope you feel better about it now and can move on.

I tried the blue raspberry too. It's pretty good.

Great job sticking to program well. Keep it up like you plan to and you'll get your benefits.

I got the blue raspberry too and thought it was a nice change. I want to freeze it into popsicles.
