I did preconditioning last week and when I went in on Friday I had lost 4 pounds! YAY! I'm on the yellow menu now, and I am not hungry at all. I'm having to force myself to eat. I like not being hungry, but its a strange feeling because I don't feel like I'm eating much. Anyone know what causes that feeling?
but i am feeling good, stayed on track so far today and drinking my water!!!
