I went to WI this afternoon which was an odd time for me. I typically go in the morning, but my morning was CRAZY!! I was expecting the worst, because I have been eating OP, but on weird schedules compared to usual. I was so excited when I got to sign the 30 pound board!! I had even lost some extra.

Now, to get some sleep and get on a normal schedule for eating.

Hope you are all having a great day!

just got to say...i have been on plan for 4 days now....i am so excited i am sticking to it. today i baked chicken to last a few days...and hid it in the fridge so that my husband would't get a hold of it ..ha. i think a big thing for me is, if i am not prepared with food on hand...i go off the wagon, so i am trying to stay prepared. i have lost almost 2 pounds...i'll weigh again monday...i keep thinking of all the freedoms i'll have when i lose all this weight.

I just made the Mock Spaghetti from the cook book and oh my God it was so good! I was kinda skeptical about it...i never had spaghetti squash before but I love all sorts of squash. Even my husband liked it! And last night I made the chocolate smoothy from the book and put i dash of banana flavoring...it was sooo yummy!! Im glad that there are recipes from the book that are actually tasty. It makes it easier to stay OP.

I WI tomorrow so we will see what happens. This is my 10th day on MRC and have loss 7lbs so far. Cant complain with that!

Congrats to all that have loss and good luck to those that are struggling to stay OP....we are all in this together!!

Everyone has been doing soo good.. Well, I am on day 13 now and have lost 7.5 pounds!! WOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOO! The only problem I am having is that I am fixing the SAME thing almost every day.. I have the cookbook, but I haven't tried anything new... I have to start eating something different or I am going to lose it... But, all in all the program is going great... Everyone says that I am melting away... and honestly, I haven't felt this good in a while...

That's awesome--way to go! I'm jealous...I've been OP nearly 4 weeks (not counting preconditioning) and have lost 10 lbs. I'm thrilled to lose it of course, but always want things to happen faster. I tend to eat the same things over and over too...we just need to try out some of the recipes on this board!

I'm so behind in reading posts but I've been trying to get caught up this morning.

Judy: loved hearing about your vacation--it sounds like you had such a wonderful time! Don't stress about the small gain--once you get back on track you know it will come right off.

Jstuckely: I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter and I hope it can be resolved soon.

Denise: You continue to be my hero & role model!!

dla: Congrats on the 30 lb board!! How exciting :D

Shannon: I LOVE your posts--they always make me smile! You need to redo your photo now you've been losing so much.

It's so great to have so many new people on the board--this is always such wonderful support!

I had WI yesterday and was down 1.5 and got to sign the 85 lb board. I did have a challenge last night as my husband and I had a dinner we had to attend--I tried to make good choices but I did have a glass of wine! Luckily the dinner was steak & shrimp so at least the protein choices were legal;)
I won't WI for another week so I will try and stay OP until then. I'm too close to my goal to throw it now :D

Finz: Way to go! What an inspiration you are to all of us. I'm so happy you got to sign that 85 lb. board. And a glass of wine at this stage shouldn't throw you off.

At WI this morning, I was down .5 lb, so still need to get those other 2 off that I packed on in Hawaii. I am trying really hard to stay OP and drink lots of water. Repeating Week 5 of Stabilization was smart, as it is giving me a chance to get back on track.
