Also I have had a very sick child who has been having bad chest pain and she has low potassium The Dr said she has chest trauma and he said he has never seen it in a girl or a child of 11.
He said older football players get it when they get hit head on in the chest. And with her potassium being low he is doing a lot of test so maybe I am so stressed I am just eating eating and not even really thinking about it. We go back to the Dr. today to see if they have any new information. Anyways I am going to try to get back on the wangon... Wish us luck

Oh my gosh...how scary and I can see what you would be having issues right now. There's nothing worse than seeing your child in pain and not being able to "fix" it. Keep us up to date on what's going on, ok? I'm thinking of you!

Thanks so much, I went to WI and up .5 but like I said I am so stressed. Also I am the enhancer, I dont like the enhancer I am going to start back to the all day weight loss. I like it better and it helped me a lot.

So i just got back from WI and i was down .8 YAY almost a LB... Just frusterates me because think of what it would of been if i was actually following the program 100%... OH well I will get back, and I keep thinking now that my motivation is just as strong as it was when i first started, this will be even easier than when i first started because i already know what to do and what i can have and can't have, and im already used to the routien, so I am so excited once again.

Great job everyone!!

Last week was the first week I didn't go in twice and that's because I was up a pound last Monday after having done so well for several weeks. I was so frustrated. I had to MAKE myself go this morning and I was down 2.5 (1.5 if you count the one i was up last week). I guess that is better than nothing. I am losing my motivation...maybe because I'm around temptation ALL the time. I've stood my ground until this point, I haven't cheated, I've done everything right. But it is my birthday week and I know everyone is going to want to feed me...argh! I hope to get through this week with more loss on Friday when I go in. And I really want to make my Halloween goal because some friends and I are going on a short weekend trip on Nov 1st and while I don't want to go off plan then, I'm sure it will be hard not to!

I went in my center today to pick up the Phentatrim and some coritslim. I saw something that I had never seen before. They had a six pack of ready to drink vanilla and chocolate drinks that count as a creamy. I had seen the powdered form but not the ones that were already mixed up. Has anyone tried these and are they good?:smug:

I'm curious about these too! I have a couple weekend trips coming up and am trying to figure out the easiest way to stay OP while traveling. I'm guessing I'll need to use a couple meal replacement bars or drinks and I'm just not very aware of what my options are. Will definitely start asking the counselors what they suggest, but you ladies always have the best tips :)

Absolutely! I haven't tried the chocolate but the vanilla is GREAT! It tastes like a melted milkshake to me. They are worth the $18 or however much they cost. :)

You can also use them to flavor your coffee if you drink coffee.

The vanilla are awsome, I will use just a little bit in my coffee in the morning as creamer, or if i have oatmeal i will mix a little of that in the oatmeal after its done cooking... My center said that if i am using just a little of this i won't have to count it as a full creamy... I probabally only use 2 TBL... SO that pack of 6 lasts me a long time. one of drink will last me almost a full week if i'm using it every day. They are really good..

Great!!! I will have to buy some! I guess the reason I have never seen them is the counselor said they sell out almost as soon as they get them. Thanks for the info!:)
