
Had a very good food day yesterday and am down 4 more pounds at my weigh in last night at TOPS!!!
Woo-HOOOOO!!! So I'm on my way again.
I tell ya, the only thing that is saving me this time is the exercise. I mean the food has also been going great but it hasn't been this good, so I am going to keep moving and shaking this booty. I want to be down to 270 by the end of November - I hope, I hope.
Okay, have done great today so far. We are getting ready to go to Vancouver, Canada for a couple of days tomorrow and Saturday night so am going to try to stick to my food plan and get lots of walking in.
Had the day off of work today and it has been very relaxing. aaaaaaaaahhhh

Will be going to Jazzercise in a couple of hours so I have to get some energy going.
