Yesterday was fantastic. Planning ahead and having allowed foods and snacks in the fridge really helps especially for the late night snack cravings.

100% OP (even the 1 cup of pasta, which is allowed on Body for Life)

Weight lifting/exercises on legs, triceps and 30 min on the exercise bike doing intervals.

Water/cranwater was 100%

Journaled in my book and on Fitday

Took a nice long lavender soak

Hi Guys! Sil, you did well by asking people to post about Boot Camp. If you hadn't done it the way you did, I would have avoided this forum today! Why is it that when I welcome a good kick in the butt, want some heavy duty results, I do worse than ever? October has been a complete &*$##@! for me! Yesterday was great! Until I ate that cookie, then pasta for dinner.

This morning is good again...I always start that way though!
The month isn't over for me yet. I am starting again today, like I have for 10 days, and will see how it goes. I will keep at it, and keep reading your posts for inspiration! I really think my problem is that I am not exercising. My Leslie Sansone tapes should be here today. If so, I will be huffing and puffing tonite after work! I always do better and maintain longer when I am exercising and eating well combined. Combined force, I suppose!

Thanks for getting me back over here. I'll drop and give you 20 now!

Yesterday:

Exercised - 60 minutes at the Y in the a.m.

Ate on program, Until dinner, I ate at a japanese place and had rice and plum wine along with my low carb food. But that is ok, it was planned.

drank my water

started my journal! Yeah ha!

No housecleaning

Visited 3fc

Jennifer, never quit starting up you can do it!

Angry Still Kickin

I am happy to report that I had a 4 pound loss on Wednesday night's weigh-in. WOO-HOO!! I am also going to take my measurements today with all this exercising I've been doing so if the scale doesn't budge hopefully the inches will. So FINALLY that scale is moving down again, I just want it to KEEP moving down. When I get down to 270 thats when I will be truly celebrating because I had been down to 270 a few months ago and then went right back up again. Grrrrr...

So I am still plugging along!! YAY!!!
