Hi Guys! Sil, you did well by asking people to post about Boot Camp. If you hadn't done it the way you did, I would have avoided this forum today! Why is it that when I welcome a good kick in the butt, want some heavy duty results, I do worse than ever? October has been a complete &*$##@! for me! Yesterday was great! Until I ate that cookie, then pasta for dinner.
This morning is good again...I always start that way though!
The month isn't over for me yet. I am starting again today, like I have for 10 days, and will see how it goes. I will keep at it, and keep reading your posts for inspiration! I really think my problem is that I am not exercising. My Leslie Sansone tapes should be here today. If so, I will be huffing and puffing tonite after work! I always do better and maintain longer when I am exercising and eating well combined. Combined force, I suppose!
