Boot Slipper Sock Camp - October 16th

    Drank lots of hot cranberry tea (decaff) and made a batch of homemade cranberry juice. Now that fresh cranberries are in the stores for the holidays, I'm stocking up on them. This way there are less carbs in the cranwater compared to using the unsweetened concentrated cranberry juice

    I know that yesterday was my weigh-in day but I got on the scale today and am down another pound. I was stuck at the same number for so long, it's encouraging to finally see the numbers start to change. Now I need to stay motivated and not blow it.

  • Two walks yesterday! Not looking good today. Stuck to ehalthy food with no extras. Drank more water but still not enough.
  • Did MUCH better yesterday and got the courage to weigh in--just up a pound over Thanksgiving--could have been worse, know what I mean? Over all did a lot of work and straightened out my system. Drank lots of water. had my blood test done today and I will find out shortly what my numbers were like.
