Drank lots of hot cranberry tea (decaff) and made a batch of homemade cranberry juice. Now that fresh cranberries are in the stores for the holidays, I'm stocking up on them. This way there are less carbs in the cranwater compared to using the unsweetened concentrated cranberry juice

I know that yesterday was my
weigh-in day but I got on the scale today and am
down another pound. I was stuck at the same number for so long, it's encouraging to finally see the numbers start to change. Now I need to stay motivated and not blow it.
