Losing more brain cells than fat cells, I think. I said much earlier today that I would be posting my menus and then I totally forgot. Oh well, I'm here now.
I'm trying to increase my fat and decrease my protein just for a couple of days. Sort of a modified Atkins Fat Fast.
It got cooler here last night, so I am willing to use the oven! I will make a roast beef, and some chicken breasts for the week.
Linda, I am looking at my fat intake too. I think I have my carbs too high, and am worrying about fat too much! Boy, even after all this time, it's still hard to get it right. I am sticking to the book for this week! Bought some sour cream dip for celery, some whipped cream for jello, and some salami!
