March 8: rest
March 9: leg day + 20 min bike + splashing around in the pool at the YMCA
March 10: leisurely 45 minute walk around beautiful historic cemetery:

-Bench press (used the bar for the first time - NOT THAT SCARY), lying tricep extension, DB shoulder press, DB bicep curl, bent-over DB rows
-1 mile at 7 mph on treadmill
-35 minute Pilates mat class. A strange dude joined in and couldn't do any of the moves and left after 15 minutes. Haha!
March 8: none-- dd came home today and I couldn't fit in a workout
March 9: tried to make up for yesterday-- 65 minute spin class followed by 95 minute Bikram Yoga class....
The yoga teacher had a photographer that was taking photos and videos for her "resume". She asked our permission of course. She said she'll tell us her website when it's up and running. I always wonder what I look like in yoga so I'm eager to see the video and pics. If I don't look like too much of a fool, I'll post the website here....

Dh gave me a HRM for my birthday and I'm going to try it out for the first time this morning in Yoga....
30 minutes arc trainer, hill intervals, resistance at 10
60 minutes chest, shoulders and triceps routine
30 minutes back on the arc trainer
Somewhat relieved that the Stairmaster at the gym is out of commission and up for repairs. (Yes, I broke it.) It's okay, I can use other machines. Really, I can. I am able to reason with the obsessive-compulsive side of myself, which is better than I would have managed a few years back.
