45 minute spin class with weight intervals
Deadlifts, 70 lbs, three sets of 10
Squats, 75 lbs, three sets of 10
Adductor machine for my outer thighs, which I ought to use consistently, and don't, because there's always someone on this machine

-Bench press (used the bar for the first time - NOT THAT SCARY), lying tricep extension, DB shoulder press, DB bicep curl, bent-over DB rows
-1 mile at 7 mph on treadmill
-35 minute Pilates mat class. A strange dude joined in and couldn't do any of the moves and left after 15 minutes. Haha!

The yoga teacher had a photographer that was taking photos and videos for her "resume". She asked our permission of course. She said she'll tell us her website when it's up and running. Tuesday, March 12:

30 minutes arc trainer, hill intervals, resistance at 10
60 minutes chest, shoulders and triceps routine
30 minutes back on the arc trainer


Somewhat relieved that the Stairmaster at the gym is out of commission and up for repairs. (Yes, I broke it.) It's okay, I can use other machines. Really, I can. I am able to reason with the obsessive-compulsive side of myself, which is better than I would have managed a few years back.
