    60 minutes elliptical, random intervals, resistance at nine
    60 minutes Pilates mat class

    -1 mile run on treadmill and like 7 minutes of stair sprints. Bad cardio workout, gave up

    March 21 AM:
    -12 minutes sprints on stair stepper
    -KB swings, deadlifts, squats, lunges
  • Mar. 20: 15 min elliptical (in cardio cinema; the movie Hope Springs made me cry; at least it's dark in there), spin class, 40 min dog walk
  • March 21: 6.30 mile run (48:57)
    45 minutes ab work

  • 3/22 - 15 minute swiss ball workout, 45 minutes on elliptical

    10 minutes foam rolling
    1 hour Yoga DVD (Rodney Yee Yoga Burn)

    30 minutes Stairmaster, resistance at nine, random intervals, with a creaky knee
    60 minutes back & biceps routine
    30 minutes on the arc trainer instead, resistance at 10, intervals
