    Wednesday 3/27: 3.1 miles at the park, first run in a ridiculously long time
    Thursday 3/28: 90 minutes moving boxes
  • Thursday, March 28th:

    60 minutes elliptical, random intervals, resistance at nine, alternating backward & forward
    And my daily pushups, assigned by the trainer
  • March 28: 6.12 mile run (48:14)
    45 minutes AB work (including 500 crunches)
  • March 28:
    -0.5 mile warmup jog (ha)
    -Pullups, dips, barbell bench press, leg press, KB squats, lat raises, leg extensions, leg curls, dip station leg raises. whew!
  • Friday March 29th:
    Skimble workout "Drop and Give Me 20!"
    5 rounds (back to back, no rest between the 5)
    0:20 seconds prisoner squats
    0:20 seconds burpees
    0:20 seconds pushups
    0:20 seconds jumping jacks
    0:20 seconds crunches
    2:00 minutes rest
    5 rounds (back to back, no rest between the 5)
    0:20 seconds prisoner squats
    0:20 seconds burpees
    0:20 seconds pushups
    0:20 seconds seal jacks
    0:20 seconds bicycle crunches

    45 min on the elliptical after

    I'm pretty sure that the workout led me through more than 5 rounds of each set of exercises - the time didn't add up right, it came to 19:00 total. Also, did some of the elliptical backwards. Saef, I'm not sure how you did 45 minutes all backwards.
  • Friday, March 29th:

    60 minutes on the Stairmaster, random intervals, resistance at nine, half before lifting and half afterward
    60 minutes back & biceps routine

    This workout took forever to complete as lots of people were hanging out at the gym on their day off and I found myself talking with them.
  • MARCH 29: 6.21 MILE RUN (48:53)
    P90X2 Yoga (1 Hour 6 minutes)
  • March 29
    -24 minutes sweating profusely on stair stepper
    -DB shoulder press, bicep curl, "low row" with 90-110 lbs
    -5 minute cooldown on arc trainer
  • Saturday, March 30th:

    60 minute spin class with weight intervals
    60 minute Pilates mat class, which was really difficult today
  • March 30: P90X Core Synergistics (60 mins)
    6.70 mile walk (1:53:37)
    4 mile hike (1:08:56)
  • March 30:
    -7 mile run on bike path in 1:02:28
  • Saturday 3/30:
    6.1 mile run at the park, took longer than it would have a year ago.
    60 mins work in the garden - moving and pouring lots of 65# bags of soil and compost.
  • Easter Sunday, March 31st:

    Ran about four miles
    60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine
  • March 31:
    -One hour walk with my mother
  • March 31: 8 mile run (1:03:20)
    10 minutes foam rolling
