I think you're right, Katie. Are the protein sizes the same as on purple? I think I'm going to switch myself cause I'm not doing the bars...gotta love the centers! I specifically remember a conversation and saw the dummy write in my chart how much I was exercising -- nice. Good thing I have gals like you!
These are my new birthday Luckys. I am thrilled they fit, unfortunately in my warped mind I don't see what DH and DD's see. I think I need therapy--oh wait--I do have therapy--it's you guys!! Thanks.
Repo: I think I remember them telling me one time that they don't like it when you split them because you are supposed to have all of one protein. Your thinking actually makes more sense. I don't see a really big deal either. I actually odn't think I eat enough protein sometimes because I am really bad about measuring. I guess I need to be more deligent.

Oh, one time I made tacos, and had 1 cup of FF beans and 4 oz chicken. My COD swore on a stack of bibles that is why I did not lose any weight for 2 weeks leading up to this crime against food.
Repogirl: It's funny the things they tell us sometimes. To me it seems like a protein is a protein. I am thinking it is not harmful unless you go way overboard. I was just thinking also (only because I saw a commercial w/a PB& J sandwich and it cause me to have a sudden craving for one), how I think that is 3 TBSP of Peanut butter to make 1 protein. I love peanut butter but that is a lot of it, how do they expect you to put that on one startch, sometimes I put it on celery and apples but you can only put it on so many things.

They put me on purple w/out lites...I am exercising at least 4-5 hours per week. I hate my COD...can't wait to be in SD and see a new one. If YOU are on red, then for sure I should be...you are so much smaller than me!
