I think that would be totally fine. I'm a big believer that if you arent hungry then why eat? Otherwise we become slaves to food. But...at the same time its important to give your body what it needs. I think whatever fits into your schedule and you are comfortable with is exactly what you should do!

I hope today is going GREAT for everyone!! I had an off night last night because of a dinner and we got home too late to do a workout...all excuses I know! But I'm going to go get the yard done before it rains again and thats always a great workout, plus elliptical tonight! Have a wonderful weekend! Be good!

Sill weighing the same guys. The two pounds I aimed for this week equals to 0. I must admit I didnt put as much work into it since it was the last week of classes and had two exams. The week coming no more classes and just finals week(only 2 left) so I'll have more time to put in effort for those 2 lbs. Hitting for 167.4 for graduation next Saturday. Take care ladies and have a great weekend.

I know it's only my 6th day, but I think I feel a change already. I just hope I'm not getting my hopes up for when I weigh myself again on Monday.

WOOOHOOO Stephanie!!! Excellent work lady!! You are going to reach that goal before you leave!! You are so close!! Congrats on some excellent news!! I'm so inspired by you!! Keep up the good work!! Good luck with that 5K!! I'm so excited for you!!!!!

You can do it Melissa!! You can reach that goal! Its hard when its the last few weeks and finals week for sure to stay focused! But I know you can do it and you deserve it!! Good luck on those finals, mine dont start for 2 weeks but I've got a few other exams in between! Stay strong! You are going to reach that goal!!

Crazed...Way to go!! 6 days and still going strong!! I'm so glad you are feeling great and i be there have been changes already! Stay the course, weekends can be so hard to stick to plan but I know you can do it!! WI on monday will be great!! All your hard work is going to pay off!!

No elliptical for me yesterday but I did do about 2 to 2 1/2 hours of yard work. My arms are really sore today. I ate fairly good for most of the day, I could have done better though! Today we have a wedding to go to which means an off plan evening. I'll do my best to stay the course. I'm planning a WI for tuesday and retake measurements.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day today!! Weekends can be hard but you are strong!! We can do this!!

This weekend won't be that hard for me. I have to work all weekend. But my boyfriend did suggest us going out for Mexican, I say how about Subway LOL. So we're going to the park for a picnic.

How is everyone today??

I don't know if it's just the fact that Spring is finally here, or the fact that I seem to be succeeding at this new diet, but I am in such a good mood lately! Not to mention that fact that I feel so much better about myself. Yesterday I got a lot of exercise. Did 30 minutes on a stepper, and then walked around the park for about an hour, then went to work and worked my butt of for 6 hours. Today I set a mini weight loss goal for myself: Lose 5 lbs. by the end of April. That will be 1/4 of my weight loss.

Happy Sunday all!! Its been a pretty off plan weekend for me, havent exercised and between the wedding yesterday and the BBQs today its rough! My arms are still sore from all that yardwork though. Monday will be so much easier to just focus! 2 more weeks of classes for me then summer break!

Way to go yesterday Crazed!! You are doing so great! You've set a fantastic April goal for yourself and as hard as you've been working I have no doubts in my mind that you are gonna reach it!! You can do it!! Keep up the good work!!

Well I'm off to finish making potato salad.....not plan friendly!! Be good and enjoy the rest of the day!!

Well, I did my weigh in this morning. To be honest, I was having a horrible day yesterday and I expected that to continue today. But when I stepped on the scale, I couldn't beleived I had actually achieved the 'mini goal' I had set for myself yesterday! Five pound lost in one week! I was excited, yet a little worried at the same time. As much as I'd like to lose 5 pounds a week, I know it isn't healthy.

I guess it was a nice jump-start to my diet but I've decided to take things more slowly. I worked some extra healthy calories into my day by blending a banana into my slim fast shake. I want to lose this weight, but I also want to keep it off!!

Good Morning Slimfasters!!

Deb...so nice to see you back! Dont worry too much about 2 lbs once you get back on track it'll slide away again!

Crazed!...Way to go!!! What a fantastic week you had! 5 lbs in the first week is totally okay! Most of it is going to be water and waste and like you said a GREAT jumpstart to keep you going!! You are doing such a fantastic job with your plan Keep it up!! Congrats on a very successful week! Here's to another one just like it!! You can do this!

Well I'm glad the weekend is over, way to much indulgence going from one function to another! I need some structure back! After all the junk I had this weekend I'd be VERY surprised if the scale moved tomorrow! Gotta do much better this week! Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Hey, as a newbie I was just curious how long everyone here's been on SF and what kind of results you have seen from the diet. If you want to share, that is.

Hi all, I'm back on track (sort of) thank you for your supportive words, they really do help!

Crazed- congrats on the 5lbs!! As others have said, the first week you do drop quite a few lbs, it's a geat motivator!
Crazed, I have been on SF since the beginning of April and I'm doing great if I would stay on the program. I lost 6lbs and have put 2 back on. If I stayed on program and exercised I know I would have done a LOT better by now. It works.

Melissa- how did your WI go? You and I are going to get right back at it and do great this week..... right???...... Maybe we should put a challenge to each other, are you up for one? If so, what would you like it to be? Sending us both a little will power for the week

Stephanie- betwen soccer, ballet, art class, swimming lessons, etc. for my DD I feel like a taxi driver lately!! I KNOW you can relate! Question...how/when do you find time to exercise?? Exercising is still the biggest challenge for me.

I hope everyone has a great day. It's beautiful here in East TN this AM, I think I will go walk the dog! Deb
