Hi all, I'm back on track (sort of)

thank you for your supportive words, they really do help!
Crazed- congrats on the 5lbs!! As others have said, the first week you do drop quite a few lbs, it's a geat motivator!
Crazed, I have been on SF since the beginning of April and I'm doing great if I would stay on the program. I lost 6lbs and have put 2 back on. If I stayed on program and exercised I know I would have done a LOT better by now. It works.
Melissa- how did your WI go? You and I are going to get right back at it and do great this week..... right???......

Maybe we should put a challenge to each other, are you up for one? If so, what would you like it to be?

Question...how/when do you find time to exercise?? Exercising is still the biggest challenge for me.
