Hi Jibbelle,

My fiance lives in St. Louis, so I will be MOVING there in November!

Anyway, it's pretty hot here in Phoenix, too. (But it's a dry heat.)My brother just called because it is raining at his house! I'm four miles away and no sign of rain here, though we do have these gray things in the sky that block the sun, which keeps the temperature down a little.

I just realized that I left most of my lites at home by accident, so I'll have to pick some up in St. Louis on Friday or try the Luna bar thing.

I'm getting all excited to hear how well everybody is doing, I hope it will keep me on track while I am gone.

Have a good day, everybody!

Hi Ladies:
Marcie you good doing the take off before the weekend, I was afraid to do it, then mess it up by cheating and adding it back on.
Kathy I joined the firm forum but I did not post that much, same with fitprime and cathe. What is your member name over there I will watch out for you. I ordered the angel package when it was $100.00. I did not rejoin the firm though I did not want to pay, I think they should have offered something for all of us you bought all those firm tapes along the way. Great job losing three pounds. All I can say is I am behaving today.
Sara welcome back, we are all here with you.
Have a happy 4th

Hi Diane, I only lurk as well on Cathe's, fitprime and videofitness forums, the only forum I post regularly on is the Firm Ya Ya's here's the address:
Firm Ya Yas @ www.************ or if it doesn't work go to
go.************/bfirmbelivers make sure to misspell believers. We spelled it belivers on purpose to Good Times couldn't make any claims. You know about the ya ya's right? It was started by firmies waiting months for the firm forum to come back up and Fitprime just didn't feel like complete home so we made our own firm forum on an ezboard. All the old firmies are there. Come check us out. My user name is kitkat3NY. I try to keep the same for most of the forums, I think on VF & Cathe i'm just kitkat3 though. check out the FYY's they are a hoot!LOL

I didn't become an angel though, that was too far in advance for me, I love Anna though. She kept asking for donations and it just made me nerveous. I hope you get your tapes as promised! How do you feel about the rebounder video coming out? I'm glad Heidi is doing another tape, but rebounder? And the nerve of Anna to sell one on her site for $425? Come on you can get a cheap one from K-mart! I don't like ther idea of a male lead either, how about you? Keep on behaving, lets make it through the day, we'll feel so good when we do!

Re: the express program- you only have 2 oranges a day? How does that equal up to the 16oz of juice they want you to have a day? I don't get it. I like the juice though, it taste great, esp when you leave it in the freezer!

Everyone enjoy your holiday!

Diane-
So far I am doing great at staying on plan. I am been a very good girl! Today is the last day...day 3... of the salad and oranges plan! I am going to weigh in tomorrow and I hope I am down even just a little!

Linda-
Do you know what area of STL you are moving too? If you tell me where you are visiting I can tell you where the closest center is. Although, your fiance could probably do the same.

Kathy-
I do not think the two oranges are a fair trade for the juice, but I dont really like the juice, so it works better for me!

Happy July 4th all!

Hi,

How was everyone's weekend? Mines was ok. I weighed in today and I stayed exactly the same, even down to the ounces. LOL This week my goal is too loose 2.6#.

Angry Glad to Be Back!

Hello Everyone!

My weekend was wonderful. I simply rested.

I did weigh in on Saturday, and I seem to be over the hump. I weighed in at 169.4...down 3.6 pounds! HALLELUJAH!

I have had my diet modified again though...only the unlimited stuff. I don't exactly agree with them just taking away foods when you reach a plateau, but I won't complain as long as I'm finally losing again.

I'm very behind. I began the second week in May at 185, and I'm just under 170. I really need to speed this thing up so I don't have to pay for additional weeks.

Congrats to everyone else who lost this week.

Joy

Joy- congrats on the weightloss! Don't think of this weightloss journey as a race, even though we paid for certain amounts of weeks. Just do what you can! Your doing great! congrats again! How long did it take you to loose the 3.6#?

Hi Ladies:
it was nice to get away for the weekend but, I did not try to stick to plan. I am going to do the three day express. Kathy I gave into the ice cream also.
Congrats to all who had a loss.
Jibbelle I did not care for the summer slimdown because it uses only the drinks( the kool aid ones) but anyway I had to ask of course they give you 4 weeks of menus and a cookbook. some of the recipes are not to bad.
kathy I have heard about the firm belivers doing there own site but I have not checked it out. I guess now I will.
Have a great day

Arrow KitKat

KitKat,

To answer your question, it took 4 days to lose the 3.6#. Thanks for the encouragement, too!
