S - 4 oz yogurt, 5 rf Triscuts & 1 TBS cream cheese (1/2D, 1S, 1F)
D - 4 oz hamburger, 1/2 english muffin, 3 baby carrots, 1-1/2 stalks celery, 1/2 C apple sauce (1P, 1S, 1V, 1Fr)
S - LA Lite
I seem to be very hungry between 4:30-5:30, so I might bring one of my AM snacks down to the PM snack to help.

Jenni- it helped me when I moved both of my lights into the evening (one before dinner like 4-5 and then one about two hours before bed).. the other way I would be sooo hungry!

HOLY CONDIMENTS BATMAN! Whoa there, how lovely that my last minute breakfast decision (and poor planning skills) did that to me. Will this affect tomorrow morning's WI if I do lemon water?

You're probably only over by less than 100 calories. Drink your lemon water now and tonight so your body has time to get rid of the water before you go to bed.

Dinner: (Not sure of menu, going to my Dad's place) Meat, veggies, starch (1P, 1V, 2S, 1F)

Thanks Cassi, I may have been a little bloated also because I didn't see too much of a loss.. Atleast I'm now in the 60s lol, you're sooo close to Onederland! Congrats
