Snack: Watermelon, applesauce (2Fr)
Lunch: Salad, chicken, almonds (2V, 1P, 1F)
Snack: Melba toast, 2 oz laughing cow cheese, Lite (1S, 1/2P, 1L)
Dinner: Buffalo chicken tenders, celery sticks, baby carrots, lite salad dressing as dip (1P, 2V, 1C)
Evening: (Wow I saved a starch this late!?) Lite & 3cheese popcorn (1L, 1S)

I'm still short a fruit...have to fit that in somewhere.

I love doing this, becuase I often find an error in my initial plan or realize a better way to spread things out.

Breakfast: 1/2 banana, english muffin, sausage patty (1Fr, 2S, 1P, 1F)
Snack: Smoothie, 1 oz LF cheese (1Fr, 1/2D)
Lunch: 4" pita with turkey, tbsp LF cream cheese, broccoli-slaw (1S, 1/2P, 1C, 1V)
Snack: Apple, Lite (1Fr, 1L)
Dinner: Chicken breast with provolone, 2c diced tomatoes, celery, peppers; cauliflower (1P, 1/2D, 3V)
Evening: Lite

I'm short a fat - handful of almonds along the way should fix that.

Had an extra half of protein for breakfast without realizing. Not the worse thing in the world.

Angie - The sea bass looks good, and any of the salads are good. You can always "treat" yourself and order the real dressing on the side and then dip your fork in the dressing before you stab the greens. And remember that a restaurant will salt everything, so even if you are OP, don't freak if you have a slight gain in the next day or two. Just hit the hot lemon water for the next two days and you'll be ok. You could have the thai tacos and only have one tortilla, or no tortillas and eat it like a stir fry. Veggie burger is ok too. I would also take Dan's advice (I think it was Dan) and order a salad and a big glass of water when you sit down. That is, if you're not having a big salad as your meal. Then you will have your hands and mouth full when any of the other really yummy looking appetizers come.

D - Crock pot pork tenderloin (from 3chicks.com), 1/2 C green beans, 1/2 rib celery (2V, 1P, 1Fr)

This is my second day on the diet. I hope the menu looks okay; if not, please let me know what I should do.

My books says one (1) rib of celery is considered one vegetable; does that mean one rib equals one stalk?

Even if there are mistakes in it (I did not catch any but then again I am no expert and need help myself at times) I believe you are doing quite well adjusting to the diet for only being on it two days. I had such a hard time planning meals at first and would have to snack alot just to make up the portions and end up going to bed hungry from not eating full meals. Good luck and keep up the great work, you can do this
