Snack: mandarin orange
Dinner: Italian pork chop, 1/2c broccoli steamed, 1/2c cauliflower steamed
snack: 1/2c ff yogurt with cinnamon , herbal tea

so I don't normally post on this page, but i am thinking about it. i checked in here to see if holly has been posting. has anyone heard from her? also, Joni, I always mix up my proteins and veggies doing express. i find it interesting how we all get different info from our CODs. i have had a decent loss every time on express/ff, and all i do is stick with all meats and green veggies and 4 oranges. you had good luck with your express this time, didn't you?
