Is there away to save your track so you don't have to make it new each time?

I got some cleaning done and went to the market!!!!!!!!! If I was this organized pre-baby as I am post baby I would have my Ph.D by now.

I find that by accomplishing little non diet related tasks ,my over all self esteem goes up and I have a better dieting day.

Weight loss is so psychological.

Well my water intake ended at work, sorry to say didn't get anymore than the 11 oz in. I seem that I can do fairly well at work but boy the second I walk in the door at night I'm like a vulture. And I guess honestly I can trace that back all the way to my highschool days. Wasn't cool to eat breakfast and certainly not lunch so by time I'd get home I was starving. Old habits are hard to break. I also have to wonder if I don't give all I've got all day long at work to "appear" like I've got it going on and then I come home, I crash and obviously food is my comfort.

So once again I didn't do too bad with the calories and water intake until I got home and then we had dinner. Unfortunately, take out chinese wonton soup and some shrimp fried rice. Oh..... and the bridge mix I bought at the store which I munched on till I got home. why I do this because I'm so sick feeling inside now.

Now tomorrow will be a real test as I'm not working. Guess you'll find me here a lot trying to fill my void with your company instead of the food. I'm gonna try to even do the walk away the pounds tape. since I haven't done it for awhile, not sure I want to jump right back into the 3 mile tape, maybe just the 2 mile -- guess better than nothing, but who knows maybe I'll do the 3 miles. I certainly always feel less guilty after I've completed some exercise.

Tomorrow will be a struggle to get the water in....not to mention keep my eating under control. Guess my goals for tomorrow are to do the water, limit my eating and EXERCISE!!!

Debbie,

Here is some tough love and support for you. Stop worrying about what others think of you You have to lose weight for you and be damned what anyone thinks. It is not great for your body to go through starve and binge cycles. Pack your lunch in the morning or even the night before. Pack a lot. Some breakfast, a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack.

I tell you this only because I was the same way once. Now, I am doing it for me and blaming only me for my failures. In the past, I would fall off the wagon and I would use that as my excuse to be really bad. After my miscarriages, I thought that I deserved to eat extra because I was in such pain. Depression is the weight devil's helper.

You are the only one keeping you down and you are the only one who can pick yourself up. This group is here to support you but not to make excuses for you. That being said, everytime you want to sit down to talk to us bring with you your 8 oz glass of water and chug before your post. We will be on the other end chugging one as well.

I know, I know, 10+ years of therapy and I KNOW I need to stop worrying about what others think of me. I've just felt my entire life I've never fit in, never been good enough and always the focus of everyone else's humor. It's tough, I just want to be accepted and unfortunately this world doesn't seem to accept the "unperfect" or at least that's my perception for me. Oh me and my many issues, guess you all get the picture I'm whacked woman BUT...a whacko with a caring heart, and always try very hard to help others achieve success and happiness.

Not much time to check in but I wanted to touch base with everyone before the temptation that is Thanksgiving.

My strategy for the day is a small portion of everything. No mashed potatoes or sweet tea (table wine of the South). But I am trading those for a piece of pumpkin pie. We are just having my inlaws over so we are not going overboard with the food.

Growing up we had to eat 2 Thanksgivings!!!One at each Grandmothers. No wonder I have weight issues. Both were great cooks and I would over eat on everything. I am kind of glad not to be around my family this year. They always have way too much food and I just can't resist my grandma's cheese ball.

I am not giving myself permission to slack. I know if I do I'll just talk myself into continuing it through the holidays. So on the Nordic Track I go tonight and after dinner tomorrow a very long walk in the park and maybe Nordic Track tomorrow before bed. I am also going to weigh myself Thursday and again Friday just to see how good I was.

I'm glad the boards are up this morning. Who knows how long this will last? I weighed in this am, and I'm down 3lbs. almost to my goal. I will be in ONEderland by next week! I plan on eating clean today, and saving my splurge for birthday cake tomorrow. I haven't got my workout in today, but I will later this morning. I will at least get my ab work in, though I intend to do some cardio as well.

6 more days to reach a collective weight loss of 30lbs in November. Does anyone have lbs. lost they haven't reported yet?

Christmas is only 31 days away!

What are your goals for the next month to keep you on track?

What steps are you going to take to accomplish those goals?

Is there a collective challenge we can set to help each other reach our goals?

Hi all!!!

Yes I got my homework done and my son's invitations for his bday party AND 4 more glasses of water yesterday!!!

Today, nothing but food got done today but tomorrow I will be back to working on the water and getting some exercise in.

My goal for now until Christmas is 6 lbs. That should be doable right?!
