Here is some tough love and support for you. Stop worrying about what others think of you

You have to lose weight for you and be damned what anyone thinks. It is not great for your body to go through starve and binge cycles. Pack your lunch in the morning or even the night before. Pack a lot. Some breakfast, a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack.
I tell you this only because I was the same way once. Now, I am doing it for me and blaming only me for my failures. In the past, I would fall off the wagon and I would use that as my excuse to be really bad. After my miscarriages, I thought that I deserved to eat extra because I was in such pain. Depression is the weight devil's

helper.
You are the only one keeping you down and you are the only one who can pick yourself up. This group is here to support you but not to make excuses for you. That being said, everytime you want to sit down to talk to us bring with you your 8 oz glass of water and chug before your post. We will be on the other end chugging one as well.
