Hi everyone,

I'm ready to shed some unwanted pounds and I'm getting serious about it. I've started a 30-day exercise program and am starting the South Beach diet tomorrow morning. I wanted to back that up with a support system. That's why I'm here - I can't wait to reach my goal weight!!

Welcome! I'm new too.

The South Beach Diet does work. I have lost weight on it before, but didn't stick with it.
