Fat Smash Newbie - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I am just starting the fat smash diet for the third time but in hopes that I will be able to stick to it this time due to the fact that I just lost my job of 3 1/2 years and have gained 4 more pounds on top of the 30 I already need to lose. I gained 63 with my son and have yet to shed the last 30.
where do I find the forum strictly for FAT SMASH DIET???

I don't believe there is a Fat Smash section here though I could be wrong, it tends to happen from time to time

There used to be a Fat Smash forum but it was merged into the General Diet Plans and Questions section. Sometimes there are active posters and sometimes not. Look through there and see if you can find a buddy to get started.

yay, glad i'm not the only one - i just bought the book today and i'm planning on starting tomorrow - i'm hoping to lose weight just for general health reasons but my more pressing goal is to not look like a beached whale in a bathing suit when we go on our next cruise in january
