Happy Sunday, How you all doing? Can you believe it is going to be May! this year is going fast! How is everyone doing on their goals? I had a little bit of a setback. I moved and it was a long stretch before I could get it together. Hopefully this week and forward I can make some progress. I have an event in July that I would like to at least be at 140 for so my goal is to be more careful in my evening meals and follow the plan 100%. This has been difficult in the last 3 months. Good luck to you all. I know its been quiet... but this has been my little journal for a while and will continue to post , I know you all read these and hopefully it will give a little help. See you soon

Hello people! I see you all have been busy with eating well and fighting on! Yes! I have maintained my weight now for 6 months. Even though I would like to be down 10 more pounds, I am going to just maintain what I have lost and exercise! I started about three weeks ago taking a Zumba class .... so much dang fun and a Pioloxing class... This has helped me get through the humdrum of not losing any more weight but strengthening myself! I see the difference from January to now with my body changes... losing weight throughout my life has stretched the skin in certain areas. I have seen such a wonderful improvement. I have decided to seek schooling to teach Zumba and other group classes. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks, I will start the process. Keep going people. Better yourselves any way you can to be healthy!
