Hello people! I see you all have been busy with eating well and fighting on! Yes! I have maintained my weight now for 6 months. Even though I would like to be down 10 more pounds, I am going to just maintain what I have lost and exercise! I started about three weeks ago taking a Zumba class .... so much dang fun and a Pioloxing class... This has helped me get through the humdrum of not losing any more weight but strengthening myself! I see the difference from January to now with my body changes... losing weight throughout my life has stretched the skin in certain areas. I have seen such a wonderful improvement. I have decided to seek schooling to teach Zumba and other group classes. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks, I will start the process. Keep going people. Better yourselves any way you can to be healthy!
