4 packets unflavored no sugar added gelatin
1 cup cool water
2 tsp sugar free/ aspartame free berry pomegranate water enhancer
3 cups boiling water

Sprinkle gelatin over the one cup of cool water and add water enhancer (add a drop or two of red food coloring if you like more color). Let sit. When gelatin has been completely absorbed, pour into a 2 qt. glass container. Add the boiling water and stir until gelatin has been completely dissolved. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 4 one cup servings.

I'm a bit late but I wanted to share my dinner from last night. It was so filling, I was completely stuffed (in a good way) and really tasty too! And then I was down this morning to my current lowest!

- 1 package of Shirataki noodles, dry-fried until squeaky, then sauteed with 2 cups of green beans, 1 tsp of walnut oil and some minced garlic and ginger, and maybe 1 tbsp soya sauce.

- Covered with 2 cups of steamed zucchini

- Then on top went my 6 oz of shrimp, also sauteed in garlic with a tsp of walnut oil

That was my whole day's worth of veggies since I was out all day.

OMG it was divine. I finally managed to drown out that "weird" taste of the shirataki with the garlic & soya sauce combo, and it totally hit my Chinese food craving.

I am following ALTERNATIVE PROTOCOL. If not correct for post my food here, then please just let me know. Today is my Day #1:

Breakfast: coffee, 1 oz milk, chocolate drink mix-warm for hot chocolate, and 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread (Alt).

Lunch: Free salad, with 2 cups cut up green peppers and cucumbers, Olive oil/vinegar dressing, IP soup, apple (Alt).

Snack: IP bar, supplements.

Supper: grilled chicken breast, green beans-1 cup, lettuce salad with 1 cup chopped permitted veggies, O/V dressing, 6 oz. SF yogurt, supplements.

Goal is at least 80 ounces water
