L: 2 poached eggs with 2c tuscan kale with 2tsp EV coconut oil
D: 5oz leftover chicken 1 large egg with 2c broccoli
S: Syntrax Nectar cappuccino + ChocoLite French vanilla
B- 1c Brussels sprouts, shaved, browned in a hot skillet (Pam). Top that with 1 Lg fried egg (Pam). Coffee w 1oz milk
L- IP BBQ chips, SoBe SF water. 1c lettuce w/WF dressing
D- 5 oz shrimp, pan seared with garlic and EVOO (1tsp), added fresh asparagus, sea salt, seared that. Mix with cooked and drained IP Rotini
