Congrats on the 50 milestone, and beating it!

What about taking a potato puree packet with you. That way it looks like you're having mashed potato but you're sticking with plan.

Hello Everyone ... Im Tami and only on Day 2 of IP with well over 200lbs to lose. I can't wait to talk to people and read all about everyones journey.

Hope your IP journey is smooth! After the first week it won't feel like such a hardship anymore!

not really fond of the fake potato, and not really worried that others will be watching what I am eating - they will be too busy eating their own food. I think I will just stick with the turkey and vegetables, and have a big salad an hour or two before dinner. I will bring an IP treat for dessert and some sugar free something to doctor up my coffee.

I will be there for 4 days, so I plan to bring a couple of extra IP packets. I think if I really feel the need to munch while everyone else is mindlessly munching, better to have an extra packet than to open the door to foods I have successfully avoided for 120 days!

Well I did it by the skin of my teeth! 229.5 at WI today so officially under 230 man was that close...

Things seem to be slowing up for me I need a whoosh maybe next week. I did WI at a different time than normal.

Picked up Chocolate Chip pancakes at my clinic yesterday....can't wait to try for breakfast..& bonus is they are unrestricted... Also had regular pancakes in stock so I grabbed a box of them...love that with wf strawberry syrup.

Congratulations on getting to the 220s!

My coach said the chocolate chip pancakes might be in before I see her this week. I hope so! She said IP is putting them out for folks to use for baking. Did you get any recipes to go with it?
