jendilly my clinic recommended H2Go for the big "C". It works wonders and doesn't make me feel sick like other products have.

One thing to remember about your regularity is that we will have less bulk simply because we're eating less bulk. So unless you truly feel constipated, don't worry about being constipated.

IP will disrupt even the most regular TOM so lord knows what it might be doing to yours!

Now, about your stomach.
Some people react to the soy and have to curtail it. Others react to too much artificial sweetener and have to curtail that. My guess, since you say it is your "stomach" is that it is one of those two things.
I totally agree! And the oil is important. I missed it a couple of days and noticed the difference! So, now I take it just by itself sometimes if I'm not putting it on salads. And taking digestive enzymes has also helped me.

They are your words! Lisa ... so much of my success I owe to you and the advice you so generously share. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have tried so many other programs and diets, and now with two little ones in the house, the structure (and cost) is working for me. I started IP on October 30, 2013 and to date have lost 30lbs.

I do the citrate of magnesia. I have dealt with the big "C". Off and on for years. I take it in the morning and night

Hey Thanks for the "Happy Birthdays" Husband sent beautiful flowers (such a tease, they are all yellows & peachy colors, seems like spring. lol) He also made my dinner of yellow & red peppers, stir fried with chicken over a bed of slightly steamed shredded cabbage. I am keeping him.

Good Luck to everyone and stay warm, check on your elderly neighbors!

Ugh went to take my honey to pick up paychecks and supplies for his cigar store and got a flat tire. That was no fun changing in the 33 degrees weather. Then I get home and realize I don't have the needed supplies to make his dinner! I'm about to give up on today!

Good morning. Driving my daughter to Ohare so she can fly back to school. I hope it is not ice the whole way. I am bringing food so I do not have to deal with fast food and am doing some shopping at Woodfield until her plane takes off. That way if it is canceled I will be close by.
