Spinach is so good in shakes. I mix mine with an EAS ready to drink shake, frozen coffee cubes and spinach

I am back. Traffic was pretty bad for a Wednesday morning and daughter's flight was 75 minutes late taking off, but she is back at school and I am home. I found a nice dress for the banquet at the end of the month and got a really good deal on some nice black dress shoes!

Eating was fine. I ate before shopping so I would not get over hungry and had my snack when I got home.

On a side note did you guys know they make a liquid coffee flavoring (kinda like Mio)? I bought one it is 0/0/0 and the caramel flavor is so good! I measured out how much I put in and it was 1/4 of a tsp and flavored my coffee nicely. I cant see myself using them all the time just now and then but it tasted yummy!
Where'd you get that? Sounds good?

Well everyone having a good day looks like! I'm dreaming about what to make for dinner tonight. I'm thinking about rutabaga fries and my home made IP ketchup Maybe I'll ask DF to grill us a couple of steaks.

Anyone able to weigh in on whether or not "soy cheese" is IP compliant? I am looking at a Zucchini Lasagna recipe on pinterest that uses it.

It's not on the p1 sheet.
I've seen some people use a tiny amt (like 1Tbsp) from time-to-time
For myself, I keep reading how BAD soy is for human consumption.
I figure if I'm craving cheese, I'm best to stay away, anyway.

Thanks Sarita! I did use spinach in my Ip shakes but thought through research that Kale is better from a superfood standpoint. I will go back to spinach shakes. They taste a little milder anyway lol. I will let you know if it did make a difference

I have made chips from collard greens instead of kale to lessen my carb load, came out great!

Okay in a pickle. Time got away from me today and I'm missing a packet. Is it okay to skip the restricted? Or should I try and get it in before bed?

I split my protein for lunch and dinner. I was busy at work and didn't have my snack, so I was just going to have a RTD while watching Coven then call it a night.

What do you all think?

My first thought was that I would offer to eat your packet for you
My coach always encouraged me to eat all the food because the calories are already so low that leaving something out can slow down your metabolism. He called it "starvation mode" and you don't lose as fast.

Looks like you are doing fantastic!

B: RTD w coffee
L: 3oz chicken with 1 cup veggies
S:1 cup cucumbers
D: 5 oz turkey burger 2 cup veggies
And now I'm drinking another RTD but I still am missing the 3rd packet (restricted)
