Use raw spinach ( not frozen)
I mix up a pudding mix (as a shake), using cold coffee instead of water. I also blend with coffee ice cubes. Yummy!
You can't taste the spinach so it is PERFECT for those needing to sneak in some veggies.

Does this explain it?
Do you deduct fiber and look at net carbs? I was curious and found a list of low carb veggies.
http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/wha.../a/whatveg.htm

Then looked at kale, it has 2 net carbs per 1/2 C cooked

Good morning!

Down a pound for week 26. So close to being in the 170s. I did step in my scale a second time and it said 178.2 but I always take the first reading, so 180.4 it is!

Think it is almost time to replace my scale batteries since I rarely get the same reading twice.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Well everyone having a good day looks like! I'm dreaming about what to make for dinner tonight. I'm thinking about rutabaga fries and my home made IP ketchup Maybe I'll ask DF to grill us a couple of steaks.

Anyone able to weigh in on whether or not "soy cheese" is IP compliant? I am looking at a Zucchini Lasagna recipe on pinterest that uses it.
Sorry I missed your question yesterday!! I got the Coffee mio type stuff at Menards. I am going back tomorrow to see what other flavors they have. If they have vanilla and hazelnut i'll get both LOL. I can see myself using it maybe once a week or so.

I am a daily weigher and I don't let it mess with my head because I understand the fluctuations. That said, after the 0 loss at the clinic last week, I am seeing a great trend this week and this morning I hit my 25 BMI! YAY

I have a zip lock bag full of frozen coffee cubes!!1 I drop in 8 or 9 on to the blender add my RTD, abt 1/4 c raw spinach and one of the following depending on my mood: orange extract, vanilla extract, mint extract OR WF chocolate syrup blend and enjoy

The same can be said for the pudding mix too

What's the name brand or can you post a pic? Is it smaller enough to carry in your purse?

That's awesome! The normal BMI milestone felt like a reward to me.

I never wanted to discuss my weight with anyone casually or socially...but when someone mentioned my weight loss after hitting that mark it was nice to be able to steer covo away from "the pounds number"...and there were some good friends I was OK to casually say my BMI was "normal and that's all that really matters"...

CONGRATS..That is an incredible feeling and one you deserve flip flops over!
