Yes, I eat 2 cups of pickles for my veggie. I am also picky about my pickles, I eat the Clausen ones in the refridgerated section and they are yummy. It seems like a lot of pickles. I might eat part of that for a morning snack. I don't do it very often, but I was very tired last night and needed an easy lunch. Plus, I need to switch things up a bit.
The pickle and egg almost taste like an egg salad.
