I need to try having all or most of my protein with lunch. I have found by eating my protein early in the day (before 5 or 6 pm_) I lose a little bit more. I need to try Nolas way and have my meat with lunch and packet 2 at dinner time (even though it says with lunch).

I made up 9- 2c serving in small zip lock baggies today of zucchini noodles. THey are in the freezer ready for me when I need them. If you make some spicy ground beef meatballs (cooked ahead of time, made the size of a large marble or bit bigger) you can take you noodles, sauté them with garlic in a pan, add in your pre-made meatballs and use the tomato basil soup with enough seasoning to alter it's "off" taste you have mock spaghetti and meat balls! that is lunch tomorrow for me

Maureen - you might want to watch having all 4 cups of veggies in one meal. Veggies have carbs and having all 4 cups at once could spike your insulin levels (at least that's what my coach told me). Just a suggestion, but you might want to try to break those up over two meals.

P1:

B: Cappuccino & coffee
S: hardboiled egg
L: 2 cups zucchini & cucumbers w/lettuce & PB crunch bar
D: 1/3 lb hamburger patty and roasted asparagus
S: Dark chocolate pudding

Yes you can split your protein between lunch and dinner - I have from the beginning. Where is your 3rd packet?

You're fine on breaking up the protein between lunch and dinner but are you counting the breakfast RTD as 2 servings or are you missing a serving of the prepared protein? I'm not doing alternatives so don't know the stats on the EAS RTD.
