B - IP Choc/PB Bar L - Chicken Soup, Salad with 2c cucumbers and bell peppers and 1 HB Egg, dressing of olive oil and apple cider vinegar D - Stir fry 3 oz chicken and 3 oz beef and 2 c cauliflower rice with mushrooms. S - Butterscotch pudding |
B - Pure Protein shake
S - 1 can green beans with a few bacon bits added for flavor L - Pure Protein bar D - pot roast with roasted zucchini and rutabaga tossed in S - bbq soy nuts |

Today: B= Chocolate Pancake and coffee L= RTD and 2 c broccoli S= undecided (wafers or a dark chocolate decadent bar from Nashua) D= Baked fish w/ home made salsa, steamed green beans and salad and home made dressing |

B: IsoPure Zero Cookies and Cream with coffee, hard boiled egg (workout addition) L: HealthSmart vegetable chili over romaine salad with EVOO, ACV, cucumbers S: ProtiDiet Chocolate Pudding made into a drink D: Tofu sauteed with zucchini and cauliflower over romaine salad with EVOO, ACV Gym: 60 minute boot camp (which included 90 burpees and 234 on-knee push-ups!) |
