No worries! There is always another day- put today behind you and move on! I had some slip ups and still lost this week! It's a learning process...the main thing is you just push through no matter what. I had 4 chicken wings for supper tonight. Not the best choice for my 8oz of protein. I beat myself up a little for my stupid decision, and then said next time think twice!

I have a NSV! I was in a rush to get to work today so I grabbed a pair of black pants from my closet in a rush and headed out the door. On the way to the car, I noticed they were pretty loose. I was thinking that I grabbed the bigger size ones on accident---- NOPE! They are the same darn pants that were too tight to wear in public when I started IP. I can pretty much pull them off without unbuttoning them. WOW.
