BUT, on a good note, I felt sick and weirdly full. It was not satisfying in any way. I guess I needed the reminder that I really do feel so much better when I stick to the protocol.

No worries! There is always another day- put today behind you and move on! I had some slip ups and still lost this week! It's a learning process...the main thing is you just push through no matter what. I had 4 chicken wings for supper tonight. Not the best choice for my 8oz of protein. I beat myself up a little for my stupid decision, and then said next time think twice!
