Starting a quick reboot before the holidays! Scale is up about 25lbs from the time I left the clinic. Been going to the gym 3 days a week so some could be additional muscle mass but I also know I have been enjoying eating!!
Almost two months in and I've lost 45lbs! Pretty stoked to be getting into clothes I haven't worn in 7 or 8 years. I'm on the lowest notch on my belt, all of my pants are really loose and I'm wearing my pants at my waist not my hips!
Hello Gents,
Have been on the forum for awhile, but its my 1st time posting in this thread. Began IP again three weeks ago. Had done the program a year ago, but I have decided to try to lose more weight now that I've turn 51. Not sure what the healthcare system will look like in the future, so I am on a mission to stay out of hospitals, labs, doctors offices, etc, as much as I possibly can. Hopefully, just my annual physical. Already did the plumbing check at 50. So far, so good.
Hey guys - I've been on this 8 weeks and down 36 lbs. Have to say I'd really like a beer sometime soon - i'm only 12 lbs from goal and I'm trying to be really strict. I'm more scared of coming off program than anything. I think I must still be kind of ok as I have no cravings for carbs, etc - i just miss the social aspect of kicking back with a beer and telling lies.... errr - stories...
I found that some foods I was eating aren't really on plan - i thought protein was protein but Beef Jerky is not! The natural stuff is - but not the store bought.
Well - good luck everyone - here's to keeping it off!
Headaches: I heard about this from my coach and it works. I've also been getting headaches. half a teaspoon to or so into 16 ounces of water, so it tastes like sea water, and it usually cures my headaches.
Got discount on my company insurance for BMI < 30!

Very true it works. I rocked a solid headache most of Monday because I just really started. Feeling good today. A little hungry but manageable. Hope you all have an awesome day.
Guys, started the diet yesterday...I weighed in at 242.7 and I'm 5'9''.... weighed this a.m. and lost 2.7 pounds for the 1st day....its' all water, I know...not feeling any dizziness as I guess a previous HCG diet helped break my body in....I've got 40 pounds to go, so I hope to get to that by the 1st week in January...I want to wish the rest of you guys look as well!!
I guess I'm pretty happy. I started the diet mid-August and have lost about 55 lbs so far. I've slowed down with my losses over the past few weeks but I've never posted a no-loss or a gain so that's cool.
On the plus side, I may be able to get off BP meds soon. I'm looking forward to being able to run safely. Before I was kind of Homer Simpsonian when running, "Woo hoo! Look at that blubber fly!"
Hey everybody. I started IP on Oct 2 weighing 360 lbs. I'm 6'2. As of the last weigh-in I was down about 37 lbs already. Feeling good and chugging right along. I have been posting in a forum of people who started in Oct and realized that it's all women. Not that that's a bad thing, but it's nice to hear from some men too. My initial goal is to get back down to 250, which is what I weighed when I played football in high school. Hope everyone is doing well. Looking forward to continued success with you guys.
Well, of the 3 newest guys(Bill & Jig) to post today, I guess I'm the runt of the litter at 5'9'' ....being form Texas, though, I'm guessing I'm the best looking of this lot!!!
