Thanks Scorbett, I do actually have the Proti-diet Pizza but it is just not the same. lol and not really the one I am craving. It will pass but the dreaming about it is just like salt in the wound.

Someone on another thread suggested homemade pizza sauce on a chicken breast with mushrooms and peppers on top to give you that pizza flavor. Sounds good! I agree the Proti-diet pizza just isn't the same. Mean of your mind to dream about it!!

I'm just going to remind you of a few things about pizza that you're forgetting: You'll be up drinking water all night from all the salt. You also are forgetting the "greasy gut" feeling from the pepperoni. It's really not as great as your mind is making it, so tell your mind to stop! LOL
I DID buy 2 diff packs of "pizza crust" from the Low Carb grocery store, but I haven't tried either. When I do, I'll let you know if they're worth the mailing expense.

I've had my favorite "pizza" twice this week already. Portabella mushroom caps filled with a roasted red pepper puree, sprinkle on a few pizza sauce spices and top with a few shreds of veggie cheese. Love it and it works for gluten free and P1.

Today was a better day. I forgave myself for the last couple of days but also went on P1 today to get back in form. My learnings is to plan, plan, plan and then to stick with the plan. Both of those bad food moments were not planned and the rest of the days were also not planned out and left as spur of the moment decisions for my meals. This doesn't help whether on P1 or on maintenance.

Ooh, portabella pizza sounds fantastic, thanks for the idea!

I'm at a bit of a stall this week at my WI, must be retaining water, ugh.

Hope everyone is doing well!

This may be a silly question....but what does 100% mean. I thought it was for people that followed the plan to the letter (ex. using all IP products and no cheats). I did see that some people were using alternatives here as well. I'm using a combo of the two (without cheating). Thanks!

100% means you are following the plan exactly, and that can be using alternative products like many of us do. The purpose of this thread is to be a safe haven from the cheaters who post what they ate and how much. We don't want to hear about it on this thread.

Great question! I also have always thougth this was for folks doing 100% IP products, not just 100% OP! Heck, had I known that, I would have been posting her all along too.

Thank you Stargirl66 and Suchawittygal! I was scared to come here at first because I often choose the alternatives (not a fan of the taste of most IP products). Glad to have a new place for support!

Yuck, I don't know why I let it get to me, maybe because my day is just starting. Who knows. But some negative posts soured my mood this morning. I'm glad to see the posts here, it helped a bit.

I'm 27 pounds from my goal!

GuessI can't go 7 months without my brain craving something, but yes the dreaming about it was the part that sucked lol.

I am aware of all those things and I say pizza can never taste as good as skinny feels!!!

Thanks for the suggestion. I may have to try that.

I like to think of this thread as my "IP Fort"...will be reading often while I'm at the Red Sox game this weekend. None of that junk is worth it! I am worth it!
