Welcome, Danny,
Good start, I have started my eight week!

nobylspoon 02-25-2013 11:12 AM

I was afraid to get on the scale after getting back from my trip. My sleep schedule was off the whole time. I slept an average of 4hrs a night. I was dehydrated on my travel days and I had a lot of hot wings from Wing Stop (carb free but high calorie).

That being said, I am happy with my 2lb loss this morning :)

Hi guys,

I have my week 14 weigh-in this week. Through 13 weeks I am down 47.5 pounds. The end of Phase 1 is in sight. Should be making the transition to Phase 2 inside a month.

Nice to see all the great results everyone has been having.

It would have been a lot harder if TSA stopped me from bringing two tupperware containers filled with protein powder, lol

Hi Bears! I'm going through the same thing!! My frustration at getting by 260 seems like years ago now (on the naked scale) I'm fighting with 250!!

Pretty good WI this morning at the clinic! Down 3lbs so things are slowing down a bit for me. Still 30lbs in 5wks is way beyond any expectations!! One more WI then I head out on the cruise ship. That is gonna be tough but I'm gonna do my best to stay close to my weight and not go too crazy!!

Welcome HPIRacer! Like I said in the other thread I love your handle!! I sell lots of HPI stuff but I'm more of an AE, Mugen or Tamiya Racer myself!! (To the other IP forumers - We are R/C car racing geeks!)

You know how we all tend to look at the scale as the end all and measure of success. Today I noticed that I am at the FIRST notch in my belt, not the LAST notch in my belt. :smug:

Broke 300!! 7 weeks averaging about 4.7 lbs a week, dont feel hungry and lots of energy. My wife and kids love it!

Hey folks! Newbie here in the MD area. I've been avoiding starting this but I feel that it's time. I see a few active members (afbrown2,nobylspoon) here are in the DC/MD area. Could you please suggest which coaches/centers you use? I live in the Rockville area and work in Greenbelt. I don't mind driving a little if the coach is worth it. I have a pretty aggressive goal in sight, but I'm sure being active here and with the right support, I can do it. I looked on the IP website and most of the suggested centers come up as chiropractors? I just find that a bit odd, maybe someone here can help me understand why that is.

Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the group! Ya, funny that about the chiropractors...my clinic is a chiropractic clinic too. They just had the space and a few of the clinic helpers man the IP clinic. They are pretty knowledgable and seem to have been doing it for a while. As to why, it must be a good little add on business for them but I don't know why for sure.
