Hey dudes! I took Kits advice and went with the laxative tea. It is fantastic! Here in Canada it is called Lee's Dieter's Tea for Body Balance. Just a cup at bedtime (it is decaf) and it works like magic!

Finally got my ticker so I can feel like part of the club :broc:

FAT TUESDAY IS HERE! I have been known to inhale large quantities of all sorts foods on this day in the past.
Me thinks I will just stick with the IP plan. ---- Those looking to indulge this Fat Tuesday won't have a problem in places like Detroit and Chicago, where bakeries across the city sell mouthwatering and lard-filled Polish doughnuts in honor of Pączki Day. But for those who want to celebrate the day dedicated to a doughnut while practicing restraint, things can get a little tricky. While New Orleans might kick off the Catholic fasting season of Lent with the huge party known as Mardi Gras, those in the Detroit area, as well as Chicago, Cleveland and other cities in the U.S., celebrate the beginning of Lent by chomping down on a special type of doughnut called a pączki. The high-calorie fried treats filled with jelly originally come from eastern Europe and have gained popularity in Metro Detroit thanks to the region's Polish community. |
"Mmmm, doughnuts." Homer Simpson
Since I don't want to look like Homer any more I'll stay OP. |

All the restaurants that I know that are IP friendly were booked. So researching menus, calling and asking how vegetables are cooked was very time consuming, but I finally found one for Thursday at the right time!
Belt moved in a notch today, but scale has barely moved this week. I am having a hard time holding back with exercise. Today every muscle in my body was saying “Let’s go!” “No Pain, no gain”, “Pain is good, sever pain is severely good!” What is that line in the original Star Wars? “Stay on target”, “Stay on target”…. |

My cellmate and the warden have both given up SUGAR/CAFINEE drinks for lent. They are miserable hence I am miserable.
No I am not in prison but some time I feel like I am:devil: |
That is why it is a four letter word "work".
It has just been a crazy day here also, the boss is doing the "dash" diet. One of my inspectors is doing IP and she is less than 4 pounds from her goal and another one is on South Beach, not a pizza to be found. |

I will just have to keep track at home. The nice thing is the clinic scale weighs 2-3 pound less than mine at home. So, it has been till this morning that mine matches the clinics. But, it is working.

Down 1.6 pounds, but it knocked me into the 260's.:) Coach was looking at the fancy scale and knew I had been exercising to excess. Well Yea it was one of those week. Heavy wet snow needed shoveling, my 1 hour boot camp last Thursday, on my feet and walking for four hours at the Chicago Auto-show, Boot camp again on Tuesday and I knew my weigh in numbers were going to be crap so I snuck in some class let left me dripping in sweat and fighting the urge not to black out yesterday--not smart. Yea I am exercising too much. So this week my plan will be to scale that way back and stick to plan.
