Just want to share my wonderful news! My daughter in Syracuse gave birth this morning to my new little grandson, Elijah! All are well and healthy and I'm so thankful!!! I'll go up on Dec. 17 after finals and grades are in. So excited!! Hooray! Hooray!
WI was pretty good this week, too. Another 1.5 pounds gone!
Tomorrow night I'm having a Wassail and Wine Party for my department and some friends. This means I'll provide wassail, wine, and many non-IP snacks. But I'm going to stay OP 100% anyway. No problem at all!

Thank you! That is a relief to be getting medical insurance soon. Have been without it for over 2 years now. I'm excited that we'll be "neighbors" soon Molly! (Well, maybe the term 'neighbor' is a stretch - LOL)

Yes, interesting how attitude affects this process so much. I do feel more relaxed again, now that I've removed the stress from myself of 'having' to phase out in time for Christmas. Congrats on the medical insurance - that must be a real weight off your mind.

Hi Rainbow! The grape drink & cinnamon spice tea is a great idea. I also like soda water with a splash of Mio for a 'festive' drink; and Celestial Seasoning Bengal Spice tea - fragrant, spicy and delicious.

Well today was WI and lost 2 lbs, and was happy about that and Tom is just days away so next week should be good. My DH and I are going out of town for a weekend get a way and see George Lopez, and some christmass shopping and see a river of lights and some lovin! I can hardly wait! Leaving in about 2 hours, got my cooler packed and rtds and pkts And vitiamins , I'm ready! Yea!

So happy for you, Joysh, and the new addition. You would think they would let you off work to be there in person, but there is plenty time for rocking and burping yet to come. It is also a good way to avoid snacking when you have your hands full with a little one.
