I'm in! I'm still in disbelief that I lost 13 lbs in less than 30 days without exercising. And I feel great!

Exercise for fitness. Eat well for weight loss
My new mantra.
Exercise doesn't contribute to weight loss success nearly as much as diet. A friend's trainer told him weight loss is 95% in the kitchen, 5% in the gym. Puts the ol exercise in perspective, doesn't it?

Hope everyone is doing great. I was down 5 lbs this week. My biggest loss yet on IP. I am so happy to finally be getting this weight off. I will see about 1/2 my family at Thanksgiving and cannot wait to "show them" what I have accomplished. I have not told anyone I am on this diet.

Updated! 3.8 fell off this week despite a swanky three day work retreat which required lots of self control. Saying no to sweets and booze worth it? YES!
