My weigh in is tomorrow. Second weigh in on IP! I am so excited about the possibility of losing 30 lbs by Christmas. That is about 11.5 weeks from now.
I think this goal and knowing that would have me at the lowest weight of my adult life is so exciting.
Count me in too! Thanksgiving dinner was a huge success for me today by not indulging in the stuffing, gravy or pumpkin pie so I know I can do this. It's given me all kinds of motivation...as do all of you! It's not often I can say I'm "proud of myself" when it comes to eating habits but this IP protocol leaves me saying it frequently.
I'm just finishing up week 2 of doing this on my own and am REALLY pumped to be receiving my first shipment of IP food tomorrow. I'll be starting on the real IP protocol Tuesday morning. Having the food shipped is not ideal but my coach is awesome communicating through text and facebook. I hope my city soon gets an IP connection.
30 lbs by Christmas is an awesome goal! That means I'll be down to about the 170 mark and just thinking of that motivates me. Best of luck to you all! I love being part of this IP family!!

Minch - Great job getting through Thanksgiving! I know it had to be tough, which is what makes your accomplishment mean so much.
I had a rough week last week. I was having trouble getting all my water and I skipped a few meals. I'm really hoping this week I do better staying on plan!
