I'm in!! To stay on my weight loss schedule to meet my goal by the end of January, I need to lose 34 lbs by the end of December, so this is perfect!

Thank-you for your cordial welcome. After years of being in a dysfunctional marriIage, I am getting my life back on track and getting my weight under control as part of my plan. I am shooting for 30 pounds but if I lose anything over 20 I will be very happy and proud of myself.

Does everyone use a consultant with their IP plan or are you doing it on your own. I was on IP a couple of years ago and didn't find the consultant I had very useful but I have heard that she is gone and I am wondering if I should check out the new staff.....I want to set myself up for success and being accountable is the way for me...lol

Good for you for getting your life back on track and setting your goals. I use alternative and get my support and knowledge from this site. It has worked well for me. I do take the Ideal Protein supplements. You are going to be just awesome when you reach your birthday whether it be with a coach or the alternative approach.

Can anyone tell me how I put a signature on my posts? Do I have to be a member for a certain length of time to have that option?

You have to be here at least 20 days before you can have a signature. When your 20 days are up, you should see the option under your User CP section

Default I need help
I am new to this and am not sure where to start i had lost alot of weight and then got pregnant again and have gained it all back and then some i have a crutch i am still wearing my maternity pants and my daughter is now 18 months old i would love to lose 25 lbs by christmas since my husband and kids will be going to visit family in south texas for the holiday so ladies please ive tried doing this on my own and cant i need some great advice to getting started....its greatly apperciated thank you and have a wonderful day.
