I was getting really concerned about a week ago that I was not going to make this goal as I had stalled for about two weeks at 100% OP. But then I figured out I was not guzzling enough water. Truly guzzle it all day yes you will have to pee all the time but I have been losing .5 at least every day since upping my water. I had been told by my Dr. That the more you drink in water the more you flush out the ketones for energy and then the more fat your body has to burn to make more. The ketones is what the body is using for energy. I guess I was just to busy to realize my water intake had decreased. Plus the more we drink the less we retain. Just thought I would share.

Updated with my loss. I have to lose 2.4 lbs in the next 9 days to make this goal! Here is HOPING! My average now is 2.3 lbs per week.

I wanted to lose 6 lbs by my next weigh in, which is Wednesday but I don't think that will happen. I have 6 lbs to lose until the 25th.

My only issue is that my scale at home is about 1 to 2 lbs higher than the scale at my WI. I've been losing around 3 lbs a week, so hopefully, I'll at least get 3 lbs down by then.

This weekend was awful though, so who knows?

As of today this goal is met. I am 219.6 pounds and never thought in a million years I would get this far. Good losses to everyone else!!

No problem. I had been slacking as well letting work get in the way. My Doctor had already told me the importance and now I know what she meant. Glad to help in anyway I can
